Does lack of transport make you feel isolated?
Do you worry about getting to appointments?
Do you struggle to get out to the shops or visit family and friends?

Become a Passenger| Here's how we can help you

We are here to support your travel needs, with our easy to use, friendly transport service. If you or someone you care for needs our services, we request that you complete the Passenger Registration Form - see below.

You will be asked to pay a small annual registration fee, currently £16.50. Fares start at a flat rate, currently £4 plus 75p for each additional mile. Our rates are approved by Worcestershire County Council. Passengers pay the driver at the end of the journey by cash or cheque. Alternatively, payments can be made by online bank transfer.

Our friendly, fully trained, insured and DBS-checked drivers do all they can to help their passengers, though they are not carers and we ask that should further assistance be required, clients are welcome to take along a carer or escort at no extra cost.

In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, our drivers understand that passengers may feel vulnerable to infection and may wish to wear a mask. If requested, our drivers will wear a mask and ensure their vehicles are ventilated. Our drivers will not volunteer if they have any cold or other infection.

In addition, we offer a service to carry anyone who is confined to a wheelchair as our vehicles can carry passengers sitting in their own wheelchairs.
Here are a few quotes from our wonderful passengers:
“I don’t know what I would do without this service.”
June E-T
“They also keep me safe in the snow, ice and rain.”
Ben R
“With your kind, helpful and compassionate drivers, your service has opened up my life.”

Journeys can be booked by calling the booking line 01299 405820 which is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm.

Ideally, we need a week's notice of journeys as we have to schedule our drivers' trips, which are efficiently and effectively planned using our bespoke computerised system. If you wish to talk to about how we can best accommodate your needs, or the needs of someone you care for, please contact our Chief Officer, Beverley Coldrick, on 01299 405832, Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm. Messages can be left if you need to call at other times and will be replied to at the earliest opportunity.
